About

Wine is personal. So is the guidance.

Somm On-Call was built on a single conviction: that the right bottle, chosen for the right person, changes the experience entirely. We bring that conviction to every client, every occasion, every pour.

The story

from the dining room to your door.

Wine has an incredible way of bringing people together, creating lasting memories, and turning ordinary moments into unforgettable experiences. My passion is helping others discover the joy of wine in a welcoming, approachable, and personal way. As a WSET Level 2 certified wine professional, Champagne Expert, and lifelong student of wine, I believe that enjoying great wine should never feel intimidating. Whether you're selecting the perfect bottle for dinner, building a wine collection, planning a private tasting, or dreaming about visiting world-renowned wine regions, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. With more than 15 years of experience building relationships, educating clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, I founded Somm On-Call to bring the sommelier experience directly to you. My philosophy is simple: wine is about connection—not perfection. Every bottle has a story, every region has a history, and every tasting is an opportunity to learn, laugh, and create meaningful memories with family, friends, or colleagues. Whether you're just beginning your wine journey or you're an experienced collector looking to deepen your knowledge, I look forward to helping you discover the art of wine—one glass, one destination, and one unforgettable experience at a time.

Philosophy

The best wine is the one that belongs to the moment.

On the practice of personal sommelier work

Wine knowledge is not the point. The point is knowing when to deploy it and when to step back. A great sommelier reads the room before reading the list.

Every recommendation we make is built on a conversation first. What are you celebrating? Who is at the table? What do you already love? The answers shape everything that follows.
